For custom orders please include colors and writing.
RUSH ORDERS: IF YOU NEED YOUR ORDER SOONER THAN 2 WEEKS PLEASE ADD THE RUSH FEE TO YOUR ORDER. THIS INCLUDES DIGITAL FILES ALSO. FOR ORDERS PLACED ON OR AFTER TUESDAY AND THE NEED BY DATE IS THAT SAME WEEK ON FRIDAY, SATURDAY, OR SUNDAY, PLEASE UPGRADE YOUR SHIPPING METHOD TO EXPRESS SHIPPING. IN SOME CASES SHIPPING MAYBE MORE THAN WHAT IS LISTED DEPENDING ON THE DAY YOU ORDER TO THE DAY YOU NEED IT BY. SHIPPING IS SUBJECTED TO BE INVOICED AFTER BOXED AND WEIGHED. PROOF 2. Once payment is received, proofs are sent out within 5-7 business days to the above email address. Orders with new custom layouts may take up to 1 week. PLEASE REVIEW THE PROOF CAREFULLY, ALSO SPELL CHECK. IF YOU APPROVE THE LAYOUT AND SOMETHING WAS INCORRECT NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Please email OK TO ASSEMBLE, if no changes need to be made. It is important that you approve or make changes to the layout in a timely manner. Remember we are on a time frame, in order to get your order ready on time for your event.
ASSEMBLED OPTION 3. THIS INCLUDES LABELS ON ITEMS YOU SELECT. After layout is approved, it can take 5 business days to complete your order. This means 5 business days from the day I get an email from you that says OK TO ASSEMBLE. ORDERS THAT ARE NOT APPROVED WITHIN 1 WEEK AFTER I SEND PROOFS, WILL BE PRINTED AS IS AND SENT OUT FOR DELIVERY.
DIGITAL FILES: 4. For digital file option, we will send your high resolution JPG file ready for self printing on 8.5 x 11 paper (preferably gloss label paper for best results). ORDERS THAT ARE NOT APPROVED WITHIN 1 WEEK AFTER I SEND PROOFS, WILL BE SENT AS IS TO YOUR EMAIL. PLEASE MESSAGE ME FOR SHIPPING DISCOUNT CODE.
LABELS OPTION: 5. THIS OPTION DOES NOT INCLUDE ITEMS, ONLY LABELS FOR YOU TO ASSEMBLE YOURSELF. We will not begin the printing process without your approval. After the approval of your proof, it can take up to 5-7 business days to complete your order for shipping. ORDERS THAT ARE NOT APPROVED WITHIN 1 WEEK AFTER I SEND PROOFS, WILL BE PRINTED AS IS AND SENT OUT FOR DELIVERY.
DELIVERY: 6. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGED AFTER BEING DELIVERED TO THE POST OFFICE PRIORITY ARTS/MONIQUE WILLIAMS CAN NOT BE RESPONSIBLE. YOU WILL HAVE TO MAKE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE OR CARRIER.
